The scraper conveyor needs some means to support the chain, because the chain comes back from the upper side of the scraper.The chain can be returned in several ways:

2. Bracket slot.There is a support chute between the material conveying layer and the chain return layer, and the polyethylene scraper is placed on this support chute.This type of return is often mounted on a scraper on a steep slope.
3. Roller or sprocket.Chains are placed directly on plastic rollers or sprockets.Generally speaking, this method is economical, when the chain is not tensioned, there is room to sag.But it is not suitable for wide scraper, because if the chain is not too tight, the scraper may tilt.
