Operation method of screw conveyor:
1. Operate and control the conveying quantity of spiral conveyor in strict accordance with the material output requirements, and strictly prevent material overflow bin, overflow tank or strong extrusion in the tank.
2. Do not open all kinds of protective cover and groove cover, and do not carry out the repair, maintenance and inspection of the machine.
3. During manual operation on site, start from the rear end to the front and rear end;Stop the machine in sequence from front to back from screw head charging end.
4. Strictly follow the signal instructions of central control for mechanical operation.
5. Do not wear gloves to check the working mechanical parts.
6. Before stopping the operation, the materials in the conveyor shall be discharged, and the machine can be stopped only when the machine is in idling state.
7. Before using the screw conveyor, check whether the running parts, belt buckles and loading device are normal and whether the protective equipment is complete.The tightness of the tape shall be adjusted to a suitable degree before starting.
8. Belt conveyor shall be started without load.Feeding can only be done after normal operation.Do not feed before driving.
9. When several screw conveyors run in series, they shall start from the unloading end and start in sequence.Only after all normal operation can the material be fed.
10. No pedestrians or passengers are allowed on the conveyor belt.
11. Stop feeding before parking, and stop only after unloading all the materials on the belt.
