NE type plate chain bucket elevator consists of running parts, driving device, upper device, middle housing, lower device.
The upper device -- is installed with track (double row chain), backstop, discharge port with anti-return rubber plate.
Intermediate section -- part of the intermediate section is equipped with rails (double chains) to prevent the chain from swinging during operation.
Lower device -- install automatic tensioning device.
Operating components -- by the hopper and special plate chain composition,NE30 and bottom use a single row chain,NE50--NE800 use a double row chain.
Driving device -- -- adopt multiple driving combinations (according to the actual needs of users). The driving platform is equipped with maintenance rack and railing.Drive system device left and right mounted two.
